Passion can be extreme sometimes....Domenico loves tuscan wines so much that he dreams of living surrounded by vines and grapes. His life is a mix of flavours and taste with an oriental influence.

He started his brilliant career in Europe, then he fell in love with Wine and decided to become a Sommelier. An excellent nose, he worked for many years in Japan, married a Japanese woman and is perfectly fluent in Japanese.
